Finally I can write that we have finished our 2013 vintage.
Phew. All of our wines are tucked up safely in their French oak barriques and we can now take a little rest.
We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of both the Pinot Noir and Shiraz this year – colour, fragrance, flavour, acid structure and tannin expression is outstanding in both young red wines. Base wines for our Rose and Sparkling wines are terrific as well. A big thank you to our vines!
