As part of the Adelaide Hills Winter Reds Weekend. Winemakers, Hylton McLean [Honey Moon Vineyard] and Sam Scott [Scott Wines] will host a tasting workshop where 10 Adelaide Hills Shiraz wines are presented plus a bracket of Syrah wines from the Northern Rhone Valley. This interactive tasting workshop will explore the various terroirs that Shiraz occupies in the Adelaide Hills and in its historic home of the Rhone appellations of Hermitage, Cote Rotie and Cornas.
