This is a sweet, white, fortified wine based on late harvested Adelaide Hills Grüner Veltliner sourced from a cool site in the Adelaide Hills. Our take on “cream sherry” but showcasing the gorgeous honey and pear notes of extra ripe Grüner. Definitely deliciously sweet but also refreshing. Serve chilled either as an aperitif or as a dessert wine; moreover, also goes well with many savoury dishes. Further information is provided in the tasting note.
